With Tree Parts' help the application was able to proceed and the alterations were able to be made. The work was completed for the benefit of the occupiers of the site.”
Tree Parts were honoured to be appointed by Alliance Homes to create a Tree Constraints and Tree Protection Plan for their award-winning Severn Road social housing development in Portishead.
The homes at Severn Road are North Somerset’s first zero carbon homes and were built to level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, which is the highest level possible. They produce more energy than they use through a combination of insulation, triple glazed windows and solar panels.
